Bhanu Kapil

Bhanu Kapil lives in Colorado where she teaches at Naropa University’s Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics. She also teaches part-time for Goddard College. She has written five full-length works including The Vertical Interrogation of Strangers, Incubation: a space for monsters, Humanimal, Schizophrene, and Ban en Banlieue.  Her research interests are: bodies, institutions, ethnic density, histories of colonization and their aftermath.
